Programme Introduction

The Bachelor of Arts Programme in Public Humanities integrates the critical skills of Cultural Studies and practical know-how of Cultural Management, focusing not only on research and theories, but also on cultural practices, knowledge transfer, and public engagement. We aim to nurture a new generation of cultural mediators, producers, and professionals to meet the needs and challenges of contemporary society. We also aim to transform cultural practices for better community building.

公共人文学文学士课程结合文化研究的批判思考和文化管理的实务知识，让两者融会贯通。本课程既著重研究与理论，亦讲求文化实践、知识转移及公众参与。我们旨在培育新一代文化中介者、制作人和专业人才以应对当代社会的需求与挑战、转化文化实践、共建更美好的社群。
