LT2, G/F, Yasumoto International Academic Park, CUHK

Join us for the BA in Public Humanities Programme Launch Symposium, which brings together scholars, practitioners, and artists to explore how “public humanities” can respond to the needs and challenges of contemporary society. Centred on four themed panels, distinguished speakers from Hong Kong, Mainland China, South Korea, and Japan will share their experiences of community engagement, teaching and research, and artistic practice in public contexts. The symposium marks the launch of the Programme and highlights its commitment to bringing the knowledge and values of the humanities into the cultural life of the general public, fostering collaborative knowledge-making between academia and the wider public.
